Maintaining health is not an easy task, there are lots of things has to e considered if your health condition is not strong then it leads to lots of unwanted diseases and cannot do your best performance.

  3. Stay Hydrated:Drinking enough water can help you feel full and prevent overeating. Aim for at least eight glasses of water a day, and avoid sugary drinks like soda and juice.
  4. Get Enough Sleep:Lack of sleep can disrupt hormones that regulate appetite and metabolism, leading to weight gain. Aim for seven to eight hours of sleep each night to support healthy weight management.
